$750 is the deposit price. The final price is calculated based on the weight of your cow, but generally ranges from $3400 - $4000 with processing fees.


For a half cow, you will receive about 320 lbs. of beef.


Unless you have set up a customized order, you will receive the following cuts in your purchase:


  • Chuck Roast (2-3 lb packages) - 12

  • English Roast (2-3 lb packages) - 4

  • Rump Roast (2-3 lb packages) - 2

  • Sirloin Tip Roast (2-3 lb packages) - 2

  • Filet Mignon Steak - 8

  • Ribeye - 20

  • T-Bone - 12

  • Sirloin Steak - 12

  • Porterhouse - 10

  • Ground Beef (1 lb packages) - 160

  • Fajita Meat (1 lb packages) - 4

  • Stew Meat (1 lb packages) - 4

  • Soup Bones - 2


Steaks are cut 1 inch thick.
