From Our Pasture to Your Plate

Grass- Fed &

Grass-Finished

Our cattle are on nutrient-rich pasture throughout the summer months and fed our own homegrown hay during the winter months on our crop fields. 

Dry Aged

We partner with local butchers that dry age our beef for 14-21 days to provide optimal tenderness and flavor. 

No Added Growth Hormones &

No Antibiotics

Our cattle are never given unnecessary hormones or antibiotics for growth. 

Excellent Genetics

We breed primarily Angus beef cattle as well as Hereford, Dexter, and Wagyu. Our cows are all bred and raised on our farm.
