You can pick up your beef at one of our local butchers. We choose the butcher based on your location.

Can you deliver my beef?

Yes! We will gladly deliver your beef for an additional fee to cover transportation costs.

Can I customize my beef order?

Our standard practice is to provide the cuts listed on the cow share page. If you would like to customize your order with different cuts, we can do so for an additional fee. Please reach out to us and we will provide a quote!

How lean is your beef?

Accepted Answer

Being grass-fed, our beef is typically 90% lean and 10% fat. However, the fat is generally tastier and more evenly marbled compared to grain-finished beef.
