$100 is the deposit price. The final price is calculated based on the weight of your cow, but generally ranges from $400 - $500 with processing fees.

For an eighth cow, you will receive about 40 pounds of beef.

Unless you have set up a customized order, you will receive the following cuts in your purchase:

• Chuck Roast (2-3 lb package) - 1

• English Roast (2-3 lb package) - 1

• Ribeye - 4

• T-Bone - 3

• Sirloin Steak - 2

• Ground Beef (1 lb package) - 14

• Fajita Meat (1 lb package) - 1

• Stew Meat (1 lb package) - 1
